Concluding a cooperation agreement with The Pedagogical University

It is our pleasure and great satisfaction to announce that we concluded a cooperation agreement with The Pedagogical University of Kraków on 03 December 2008. We take it as a great honour for our Association. The authorities of the University analysed our achievements and results very carefully. The fact of our co-operation on the project of “Theatre’s Open Space” was probably also significant here and it probably open the door to further collaboration.

The Department of Special Pedagogy was designated as the administrative unit for the cooperation with our Association. The main scope of activity will involve supporting the participation of the disabled persons in Culture.

Students of Special Pedagogy will observe rehearsals of The Little Bit Different Theatre, and take active part in its works for the year 2009.

On the other hand, the Theatre will have an opportunity to present its artistic work within the series of cultural events organised by the University. What is more, the DSP office workers will make it easier to recruit volunteers for the cooperation with the Association. The agreement was concluded for an unspecified period of time which allows us to see the cooperation in a long-term perspective and in terms of constant development. Gaining such an important Partner opens a new chapter in the history of our Association. We will keep you informed about the undertaken actions on a regular basis.
